Minimum
Shipping & Handling Charge: $10.00
Shipping information:
Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors and
manufacturers. Because
of this arrangement the
items in your purchase may be shipped separately. Please check your
shipping notification
email for details. Note: We are
unable to ship to a Post Office Box (PO Box). A physical address is
required.
Completed order:
An order is not complete until you are provided an order number via
your Order Confirmation or
confirmation email. An Order
Confirmation or confirmation email that does not include an actual
order number is not
considered a completed order
until it has been fully processed.
Business days:
Green Planet Company business days are Monday - Friday, excluding
holidays.
Customers in Hawaii:
You must call in to place your order
Customers in Alaska:
You must call in to place your order

shipping process.
Backorders:
For regularly stocked selections that are temporarily out of stock,
you will be notified
via email and we will ship the
item as soon as it is in stock. We will not bill you until your item
is shipped. Backorders
that have not been received
from the vendor within 60 days will be canceled. In the event this
occurs, you will receive
an email asking you to resubmit
your order.
International addresses:
We do not ship products to international addresses.
